Passport To Adventure Cub Scout Day Camp

Our day camps provide children with positive and fun experiences that build character, new friendships, and a sense of belonging that will last beyond the summer. Sessions are led by experienced and nationally trained staff. We also partner with local community organizations to bring additional program opportunities to your child.  This year’s day camp is Passport to Adventure, and it will be held August 5 – 9, 2024 at PARC.

Since the new cub program requirements start on June 1, 2024, our day camp will provide opportunities for all levels to start working on the new Cub program elective adventures. It’s also one of four events where children can participate in range and target sports.

This year’s theme is Passport to Adventure. We will be meeting a kangaroo named Kip and she will be telling us of her adventures from Australia to Chester County. Returning to day camp this year is a cooking station, and we will cover the new Cub program chef’s knife requirements for the 4th and 5th grade children.

There is also the opportunity to register early and reduce your cost to attend camp. By registering on, or before, April 15, 2024, the cost is $260.00, a savings of $65.00. If registering after April 15, the cost is $325.00 for the week. Discounts are available when a parent/guardian volunteers for some or all of the week.

All children that will be in first grade in the fall require an adult with them the entire time they are in camp. It’s a Boy Scouts of America (BSA) rule that Tigers always have an adult partner. BSA does not recognize those children entering kindergarten in the fall until school starts. Therefore, those who will be Lions in the fall are not able to attend day camp. Register here:
