Campmaster Training Part 1

February 9 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Free
The Horseshoe Scout Reservation Campmaster Corps is a group of dedicated, specially trained Scouters who volunteer to serve at least one weekend each year during the short-term camping season. Three words exemplify the Campmaster Corps’ mission: service, security, and diplomacy. They provide support to the units during their stay at HSR and ensure a safe and positive outdoor experience for everyone in camp.
How do I become a Campmaster?
Your first step is to complete the HSR Campmaster Training course. The course consists of two parts; both parts are required to complete the training. The first part is virtual; the second part is in‐person at Camp Horseshoe.

TWO PARTS

  • Part 1: Tuesday, February 9, 2021 @ 7:30p.m. (virtual)
  • Part 2: Saturday, February 13, 2021 @ 10:00a.m. (in‐person)
For more information on the course and qualifications, be sure to check out the link below. If you are interested, please sign-up by e‐mailing the Council Campmaster coordinator, Brian White, at: [email protected]
